We distribute dressed premium beef cuts to a select number of buyers across Adelaide metro and the Adelaide Hills.
We view beef as a luxury as we know beef production has an environmental impact, but when you buy direct from Taminga you know where your beef comes from and how our land is managed – our farming is both sustainable and net carbon zero.
How do I get some Cow?
Closer to the next processing run, which occur about every 6–8 weeks, we will contact you to confirm your order and process your payment. Prices depend on demand and are currently $1,850 including GST for a half.
We will confirm delivery dates as soon as your order is ready.
What Happens Next?
The beef is delivered chilled and will need to be frozen soon after delivery. We have some capacity to store frozen beef for up to four months, so please ask us about this option. We can always deliver a small portion and freeze the rest for you. We’re a flexible bunch up here at Taminga.
Why not talk with friends about sharing half a cow? You will receive around 60–80kgs of dressed beef in trays or vacuum sealed bags. Dressing includes sausages, minced meat as well as any specific offal requests you may have.

Dry-aged Beef
We are also developing a dry-aged beef product. This process allows beef to be lightly cured for up to two months, rather than frozen, while improving its flavour over this time.
If you are interested in purchasing dry-aged cuts, please indicate this during your registration and we will keep you informed as we develop this product.
